Jo joined Baldwins Lawyers in March 2024 as Personal Assistant to Principal Solicitor, Zasco van Rooyen.

Since then, her role has grown significantly, and she is now involved in all aspects of the firm's operations, including accounting, file management, safe custody, maintaining precedents, and assisting with the day-to-day running of both the Nambour and Gympie offices.

With over 12 years of experience in the legal industry, Jo began her career as a Personal Injury Paralegal before expanding her expertise across Conveyancing, Commercial Law, Family Law, and Wills and Estates. She has developed a particular passion for Probate and enjoys assisting clients through the estate administration process with care and compassion.

Jo loves meeting new people and takes pride in providing friendly, approachable service while helping clients navigate what can often be challenging times.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys travelling, spending time at the beach, reading a good book, and making memories with her family and her two dogs, Oki and Millie.
