Monique Kedney joined Baldwins Lawyers in December 2024 and is quickly establishing herself across the Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay regions as a trusted Family Law solicitor. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Southern Queensland, graduating in 2021, and went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law. Monique has since been admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland.

She handles a wide range of Family Law matters, including property settlements and parenting arrangements, and also provides practical and compassionate advice in relation to civil domestic violence matters.

Monique brings empathy and understanding to every case, recognising the emotional and legal complexities that often accompany family breakdowns. She is committed to guiding clients through their separation with care and professionalism, always prioritising the best interests of the child in parenting matters.

Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending time in nature and dreams of one day climbing Mount Everest-or at least reaching base camp.
